Rentility classifies property types in 2 ways; the structure of the property and the length of stay.

The important qualifications of Corporate Housing are that the property is currently furnished and is intended for rental by a company or a representative of a company engaging in business in the locale of the property.

Corporate Housing can be any type of residential property (detached or not) in which the entire unit is being rented out. For example, if you own a 3 bedroom apartment and want to rent out the entire apartment, that would be classified as Corporate Housing. However if you want to rent out only 1 bedroom out of 3 total bedrooms, this type of property would be classified as a Room/Share/Couch.

Corporate Housing is also a property that a renter would lease for a shorter term, anywhere from 1 day to 6 months. If a property fulfills the structural requirements of Corporate Housing but the lease term is for 6 months or more, then this type of property would be classified as either an Apt/Condo or House.
