Rentility normally classifies property types in 2 ways; the structure of the property and the length of stay.
Commercial Space, along with
Room/Share/Couch, are the only exceptions to this methodology.
Commercial Space is property which is being leased in order to engage in and operate a business.
Commercial Space could be anything from a warehouse to office space to a store front to a booth at a mall. The big distinction here is that this is space in which business is being conducted. For example, if someone is being put on assignment by their company to work at the office of a client and they are renting a place to stay, that would be classified as
Corporate Housing.
Commercial Space does not have any length of stay requirements. A
Commercial Space rental could be anything from 1 night for a party to 3 years for an office lease.
